This type is motivated by the problems faced in business activities, namely the problem of employee productivity. Where in this problem involves two parties with different interests, namely employers and workers. The layout of the machine and the work environment is related to the creation of employee productivity. Therefore, it is necessary to study and understand the layout of the machine and the work environment to measure employee productivity. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: (1) To determine the effect of the layout of the machine on the work productivity of employees in the production department at an automotive manufacturing company in the MM2100 industrial area, (2) to determine the effect of the Work Environment on the work productivity of employees in the production department at the company. automotive manufacturing in the MM2100 industrial area, and (3) to determine the effect of machine layout and work environment on the work productivity of production employees at an automotive manufacturing company in the MM2100 industrial area. In general, the results of the analysis show that the factors of machine layout and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity.
